MEMO TO: All Undergraduate and Graduate Students
Please be informed that undergraduate and graduate students should have completed the registration process by Thursday, June 15, 2017 to be considered officially enrolled for the Intersession, School Year 2017-2018. The complete registration process involves:
- Securing the Registration Form
- Enlistment in advised classes
- Payment of the assessed fees
- ID validation.
If there are any special circumstances that prevent students from completing registration, they should see the School Registrar before June 15, 2017 (Office of the Registrar, Ground Floor, Social Sciences Building).
Students who are not officially enrolled, but continue to sit in classes, will not be part of the official class list, i.e., these classes will not be reflected in the student's official transcript, even if the student claims to have completed the course requirements.
