Attention: Graduating Students re: Appeals to the Standards Committee

Student-initiated appeals for change of grade for classes taken this second semester, SY 2016-17 should be forwarded to the department(s) concerned.  Departments have until 12:00 noon of Tuesday, 9 May 2017, to submit the accomplished Appeal for Change of Grade forms to the Standards Committee c/o the Office of the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs (ADAA).

Appeal for Change of Grade forms are available at the Office of the ADAA.

All other appeals to the Standards Committee must also be submitted through the Office of the ADAA by 12:00 noon of Tuesday, 9 May 2017.
